Let’s not kid ourselves: the class war never really went away. But these days, they’re not even pretending to hide it.
It’s right there in your rent going up. In your wages staying the same while your bills double. In the food banks running out. In the fact you’re knackered after doing two jobs and still can’t afford a holiday. It’s there when your mate gets evicted or your nan can’t see a doctor for six weeks.
This isn’t some mysterious “cost of living crisis”. It’s daylight robbery. And the worst part?
They know exactly what they’re doing.
Same Old Story, Just Worse
While most of us were trying to survive lockdowns and keep the lights on, the rich were laughing all the way to the bank.
Energy firms made billions. Tech giants cashed in. Billionaires got even richer. And what did we get? Frozen wages, higher taxes, rising rent, and endless lectures about how we all need to “tighten our belts”.
Sound familiar?
We’ve been sold the same lies for years. They say there’s no money for schools or the NHS, but they always seem to find a few hundred million for weapons, private contracts, or bailing out the very banks that got us into this mess.
It’s not some accident. This system works perfectly – for the people it was built to serve.
Who’s Really Taking the Piss?
They’ll tell you it’s migrants. Or benefit scroungers. Or striking workers.
But while the government scapegoats nurses and rail workers, their mates are cashing in.
Bosses are giving themselves bonuses big enough to buy houses, while millions of us can’t even afford to heat ours.
And now they’re bringing in new laws to ban protests and break unions.
Why? Because they’re scared. Not of us moaning, but of us organising.
This Is Class War. And You’re In It.
The truth is, if you’re struggling right now, it’s not your fault.
You didn’t fail. The system did.
Wages down. Rent up. Bills through the roof. Public services on their knees.
All while the rich get richer.
It’s not random. It’s not bad luck. It’s class war.
And it’s happening to you.
What Can We Do?
We fight back. The only way we’ve ever made progress – together.
And it’s already happening.
Strikes are back. People are joining unions again. Organising. Speaking out.
From hospital wards to picket lines, there’s a new energy in the air – and it’s long overdue.
You don’t need to be an expert. You don’t need a fancy degree.
You just need to know this: you’re not alone. And they can’t win if we all stand together.
We’re fed up.
With greed. With injustice. With being told to wait our turn while the rich write the rules.
This is the class war.
And this time, we’re ready.
